"I was with Tommy Brooks for 15 years. Had multiples cars and trucks insured. As of my last attempts to reach the office, I keep getting the runaround from State Farm's national robot powered answering service and I can never reach the office. It is a shame, because the staff has always been friendly and helpful. In any case it was an effort, on my part, to offer them a chance to submit a bid relative to a new policy I found to replace State Farm's--which has become progressively overpriced, particularly in light of the fact that I have had no infractions or accidents, and I have entered a more 'tranquil' demographic category. In any case, despite multiple calls, and multiple texts (which in the past had always been an effective way to reach them and communicate clearly) I have heard nothing back. NOTHING, after 15 years of being their customer. Needless to say, I cancelled the policy with some random State Farm agent I finally managed to reach, and went with a national competitor getting equal coverage for 1/2 the cost. My only regret is that I waited this long to bail on State Farm."
